Kombucha is a fermented drink that is also very healthy; it aids in digestion, reduces inflammation, improves immune function, and has many other health benefits. Making kombucha is fun and significantly cheaper than store bought and another benefit is that you can add your favorite fruits, spices and teas for flavoring. Join us to learn the process of how to make your own kombucha and how to make a second ferment for adding additional flavor. A starter SCOBY and brewing instructions are included in the price for you to take home.
