Anchor Here is a perfect waterfront getaway on Lake Anna. Beautiful waterfront vacation townhome. This property offers an open floor plan and two master suites. Walk out the back door to the beach with huge water views or enjoy relaxing on the second-floor balcony watching the sun rise. Tennis court and boat slip in the neighborhood are available for your use with onsite boat launch. Conveniently and centrally located on the lake and within walking distance of three restaurants and the Lake Anna tap house. No pets or smoking inside the unit please. New covered dock. Lift is not available for use. Clearance is 6-1/2 ft.
Three night minimum during the summer months, two nights for off-season. No Events Allowed

So Relaxing! 09/06/2022

We very much enjoyed the home and truly appreciated all the nice touches the owners included. The lakefront location is spectacular and we loved having restaurants and a brewery right beside us and other places so close. The only request to the mgmt company I would make is to better organize info. There was a lot to distill in multiple emails trying to first figure out how to get into the house after hours and then in the packet with key as we tried to determine what to do at departure. Thanks!

Second time staying!

My husband and I had a fun and relaxing trip at Anchor Here! It was our second time staying there and we’re big fans. The view is beautiful, we love the lake access and swimming area, and it’s convenient to Lake Anna’s restaurants. Highly recommend!

Second time at this property. Great location. Don’t love having to make and strip the beds while on vacation, but enjoyed the unit and would rent again.

Great location with a nice view of the lake. Loved having the restaurants and tap house in very easy walking distance. Townhouse very nice with everything we needed. However it would have been nice if we could have been able to use the boat lift on the boat slip so it wouldn’t have beaten and banged the side of the boat so bad, especially as low as the water had been.

My husband and I loved our stay at Anchor Here! The house has an amazing view, and the location is great. We could launch our paddle boards right at the nearby beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Nice little place for a quick get away, kitchen is very well equipped, close enough to the water. I think they could improve their dock quite a bit or their launch deck as well for boat owners. Other than that it’s close to everything so that’s a huge plus!
