The house was as advertised. Beautiful property. Loved the fishing dock. Wish there was Safety Bars in Bath tub/shower on the main floor. And more lighting in the main floor living room.

The property is exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time in the water or on our boat. There is a great boat landing directly adjacent to the property. The inside of the house is great for kids + adults. The wifi worked great and we loved the foosball table and huge tv to watch movies. The only cons is that the upstairs doesn’t cool as well as the downstairs and we wish there had been a bug zapper for all the gnats. But those were small things in comparison to the overall positives! We will be back next year!

This is our second stay and it was better than the first! The new dock and covered area is AWESOME! Love that it’s new and has wireless speakers, lights and 2 great swings. We spent a lot of time down there. We were there when it was in the 90s and the AC did it’s best to keep up, did get. bit hot upstairs but we closed all the drapes and that seemed to help. Love the view and location. More memories made

My family came to Lake Anna for a wedding. The house provided everything as promised! We loved meals on the screened-in porch. Everyone enjoyed the lake and were appreciative of having kayaks and paddle boards for our use. We also enjoyed the fire pit for a relaxing evening by the lake. The inside of the house was perfect for our family with the great family room upstairs. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely try to come back to this house!!!

Great spot for our family of four to have some peace and quiet before the school year starts! Everything was clean and updated; strong internet allowed my husband to work from the house, even out into the yard. Boys loved kayaking and jumping off the dock. A heads up that we had very spotty cell service so were completely reliant on the wifi for calling/texting etc. Would have felt better if there was a house phone in case the internet/power goes out to be able to contact the rental agency/emergency services.

We had a great time at the house and loved the evening spent by the large fire pit on the point! Loved having the boat ramp right next door, talk about easy! Also the multiple docks on property for our 2 boats. House is a great layout and we loved the huge screened porch. Nicely stocked as well. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Lake Anna and we absolutely loved Oak Point! We loved the quiet little cove and we enjoyed sitting on the dock under the gazebo. We used the huge screened in porch for every meal – the ceiling fans there were a huge benefit on the warmer days. This part of the lake was great for kayaking as there was not a lot of boat activity. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the evenings with the 2 living/family rooms. Kids used one to play games and we used the other to watch TV. Loved, loved, loved Oak Point and would definitely visit again!
