Dockside Realty was one of the first Real Estate offices to open on the shores of Lake Anna in 1994.  Our rental program started just a few years later so we know what it takes to operate a full service Property Management company.  We now have three offices here at the lake, our main sales office at High Point Marina, the sales/rental office in the New Bridge Landing Shopping Center and another sales office in The Boardwalk building, below Tim’s Restaurant.

Our Property Management Team is our most valuable asset.  Our Team is highly trained and ready to provide professional and friendly service to you and our guests.  We become personally familiar with your property in order to provide feedback to you and to assist guests in choosing a rental home that best suits their needs.  We all live nearby and know the area.

Reservation Department

Owner Services

  • Taking a detailed inventory of each house as to bed sizes and amenities
  • Having keys made or converting to keyless
  • Send & handle the return of renters lease agreements
  • Enforce house or subdivision rules
  • Email feedback sheets as they are returned by guests
  • Work with owners/tenants on any damages to the property
  • Inspecting the homes for damage when necessary (includes taking pictures)
  • Provide log in information for making personal reservations and checking financial statements
  • Quick response to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule and pay special services such as trash pickup, pest control and yard maintenance
  • Contact vendors for emergency calls including after hours for plumbing, HVAC and electrical
  • Replace propane tanks as needed

Guest Services

  • Return Security Deposits 30 days after their date of departure
